Order value is the goods total before VAT.
Delivery timescales
Delivery timescales and coverage areas are confirmed when your order or quote is confirmed. We do not currently publish a guaranteed delivery time.
VAT
Product prices are shown excluding VAT. Your basket adds VAT at 20% on goods and delivery. VAT treatment of individual products is still being verified, and listed prices are draft proposals until confirmed.
Returns
Our full returns policy is being finalised. If there is a problem with an order, please contact us and we will help. This does not affect your statutory rights.
